Frequent users of CloudMe might have noticed our continued efforts to make Sync and Sharing easier to access and use. One notable change is that the WebShares tab is now called Shared and that Favorites is called Following.

CloudMe is a complete alternative to popular US-based storage solutions, including support for syncing multiple folders on a computer, and on-the-fly creation of collaboration folders to work with friends on projects. More improvements to your experience are on its way!


Simplified and improved sharing
Family accounts?
When sharing folders and files, you can now enter email addresses and usernames to friends using CloudMe. With a single click, CloudMe users can follow what you shared. For non-CloudMe users, an email will be sent out. An easy way to add whatever your friends have shared with you to your account. Everything in your CloudMe account is available on all devices, including smartphones and TV's.
With CloudMe a family can have one large premium account containing all common photos, video and music. All family members are given access to these folders through WebShares and can after following them, access them as part of their own free CloudMe account. Followed content will not count toward your own account quota. A free account with 3 GB quota can thereby follow a 500 GB shared folder.
