When using CloudMe you can be sure that all your data is safely stored in Sweden and therefore protected by the strong Swedish Data Protection Act under the EU Data Protection Directive. This ensures the privacy of your data.

CloudMe AB is a Swedish registered business with all customer data stored in physical servers we bought and own within Sweden. We are not using any third party cloud services for your data.

If you are an EU business, we are happy to sign a Personal Data Assistant Agreement with you in order for your business to comply with the EU Data Protection Directive, please email legal@cloudme.com.

We have a genuinely generous approach to sharing. Anything you share is free for anyone you invite to follow and add to their account, without reducing their available space. This makes CloudMe perfect for setting up a large family or business account to be shared with family and co-workers as a cloud-based file server. Free accounts may connect to and use the storage space shared by a larger paid for account.

La condivisione dovrebbe anche essere facile, così abbiamo rimosso tutti i diversi tipi di condivisione e introdotto WebShare, un solo modo per condividere e pubblicare cartelle con utenti CloudMe ed utenti senza un account CloudMe. Gli utenti che non hanno CloudMe possono comunque visualizzare la cartella come pagina web o WebShare come la chiamiamo noi. Una WebShare può essere seguita, e con il seguire una WebShare si aggiunge l

Notifiche Push e WebShare permettono di condividere foto, video e file in qualità molto superiore rispetto agli MMS, e soprattutto gratuitamente utilizzando qualsiasi rete WiFi o connessione Internet. Basta impostare un WebShare con tutte le persone con cui hai bisogno di inviare comodamente file, quindi aggiungi il contenuto alla cartella e ciò gli sarà notificato automaticamente.

Your privacy is really important to us and we take the protection of all of your data very seriously. To further strengthen your privacy and rights to your data, the European Union, has passed the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR).

In order for you to continue to use our service and keep your CloudMe account subscription, you need to provide us with the following consents. Failing to provide us with consent before 6 months after the 25th of May 2018 will result in your account being deleted. We will not send out reminders about gaining your consent as this will violate GDPR.

Personal Data consents

In order to make your CloudMe experience possible, we store and process Personal Data. Read more on what we store here.

Please accept that we use it for the following processes:

I consent that CloudMe stores Personal Data (name, email, username, online identifiers, device identifiers, and billing address if provided)
I consent that CloudMe stores any personal content that I upload, synchronize, or otherwise make available for the service
I consent to receive emails about my CloudMe subscription (under My Account you can configure which emails you'd like to receive)
I consent to that CloudMe use third party services for website statistics; Matomo and Mixpanel, and that our installed clients use Google Fabric for crash analytics (these services do not affect any of your personal data or stored files)
I agree to receive emails with information about the service (newsletters, promotions and campaigns, and the like)
I agree to customized online advertising related to the CloudMe service
