• CloudMe can store my name, email and billing address (if you have given us that).
• CloudMe can send me emails about my account. I can always change which emails I'd like to receive later.
• I confirm that I'm above 16 years old.
• I agree to the updated user agreement.
• I agree to CloudMe's cookies policy.
• We use third parties for internal analytics purposes only.

Your privacy is really important to us and we take the protection of all of your data very seriously. To further strengthen your privacy and rights to your data, the European Union, has passed the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR).

In order for you to continue to use our service and keep your CloudMe account subscription, you need to provide us with the following consents. Failing to provide us with consent before 6 months after the 25th of May 2018 will result in your account being deleted. We will not send out reminders about gaining your consent as this will violate GDPR.

Personal Data consents

In order to make your CloudMe experience possible, we store and process Personal Data. Read more on what we store here.

Please accept that we use it for the following processes:

• I consent that CloudMe stores Personal Data (name, email, username, online identifiers, device identifiers, and billing address if provided)
• I consent that CloudMe stores any personal content that I upload, synchronize, or otherwise make available for the service
• I consent to receive emails about my CloudMe subscription (under My Account you can configure which emails you'd like to receive)
• I consent to that CloudMe use third party services for website statistics; Matomo and Mixpanel, and that our installed clients use Google Fabric for crash analytics (these services do not affect any of your personal data or stored files)
• I agree to receive emails with information about the service (newsletters, promotions and campaigns, and the like)
• I agree to customized online advertising related to the CloudMe service

CloudMe will not share any Personal Data or email addresses with third party services. We will only use this information in order to be able to serve you the CloudMe service.
